    Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Viral was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about luxury watches. He took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure and made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend Goldsmiths, and a big thank you to Viral for all his help.

    I recently purchased a Cartier Panthere and was served by Kyri at the Bullring store. He was fabulous and took time and effort to go through all the details and happily answered all my questions. His passion for watches was clear, I’ll be going back again for my next watch! I subsequently popped in to get the links adjusted and was equally well served by Lisa, she was great.

    I had a really disappointing experience at Goldsmiths Bullring Birmingham. I recently bought a ring from another Goldsmiths branch and Bullring was the closest store to me at the time as the ring didn’t fit properly. I was still within the 14 day guarantee period and wanted some help getting measured and sorting an exchange. The middle aged Indian man who served us was very rude, dismissive and unhelpful from the start. We checked the size and found the ring was actually too small, which explained why it had never even been worn properly because it physically didn’t fit on the finger. Despite this, he claimed there were scratches on the ring and basically used that as an excuse to refuse helping me. What I cannot understand is how a titanium silver ring that cost over £1000 could supposedly have scratches within less than two weeks, especially when it wasn’t even worn because it didn’t fit as it was too small?? Like most customers, I trusted that a ring handed over brand new in a box and bag would actually be in perfect condition. I didn’t feel the need to inspect it under a microscope before leaving the store. What made the situation even worse was that he didn’t even attempt to help properly. He didn’t take my details, didn’t check the order history, didn’t look into any possible solutions , nothing. He just kept saying it wasn’t their problem and that I’d have to travel over an hour back to the original branch. I then rang the original branch while standing there, and he initially refused to even speak to them himself, so I had to put the phone on loudspeaker in the middle of the shop. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. Thankfully, the original branch were really helpful, professional and understanding, which highlighted how poor the customer service at Bullring Birmingham was. Absolutely disgusted by the attitude and behaviour I received.

    I rarely write reviews, but after the experience my wife and I had at Goldsmiths Bullring, I felt compelled to do so. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness by both Isha and the manager, Rabia. What began as a simple visit to enquire about a Rolex quickly became one of the most enjoyable and memorable luxury retail experiences I have ever had. Isha was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout. She took the time to understand not only what watches I liked, but also the story behind why they mattered to me personally. I explained that I have owned a Rolex for over 25 years — a gift from my father when I qualified as a doctor — and that I now hoped to build something meaningful to eventually pass down to my own sons. Rather than treating the interaction as transactional, she genuinely listened and understood the sentimental importance behind the purchase. Rabia then spent a considerable amount of time with us, and her professionalism, emotional intelligence, and warmth were truly outstanding. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed — despite how busy the showroom was. Instead, we felt welcomed, valued, and completely at ease. As a medical doctor, I deal with people professionally every single day, and excellent service is something I recognise immediately. The customer care shown by both Rabia and Isha was exemplary and reflected incredibly highly on Goldsmiths and the Watches of Switzerland Group as a whole. We left absolutely delighted with our purchases and, more importantly, with the feeling that we had built a genuine long-term relationship with people who truly care about their clients. I cannot recommend Goldsmiths Bullring highly enough, and I will enthusiastically recommend both Rabia and Isha personally to friends, family, and colleagues in the future. An outstanding experience from start to finish.

    Such a bad customer service, i went there because my partner bought a ring from goldsmith for our wedding and she came down to west midland when i get to try it, but i wasn’t sure about it so i went to this store to confirm my ring size. But instead of helping me to find it they started making excuses of bringing the ring she bought for me and made it sound like i am wasting their time by getting consultation and not making any purchase and they won’t get their commission from it, it was such an annoying experience when the lady said to tell my partner to bring the ring where i told her that she lives quite far from me and goldsmith only gave 14 days time to change the size of the ring. So we had only 1 week in our hand. Idk if she listened to me properly or not. But worst experience tbh. I would never recommend anyone going there or buying anything because of this worst customer service.
